Principal Specialist, Admin, RTX Corporate \- Ops and Supply Chain
The Principal Specialist, Administration provides senior\-level administrative, coordination, presentation, and project support to the Industry 4\.0 and Human Resources leadership teams within OSC. This role plays a key part in enabling leadership effectiveness by coordinating priorities, supporting key initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders. The position requires strong organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting day\-to\-day operations, leadership forums, and broader organizational initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Leadership \& Operational Coordination
- Provide high\-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders within Industry 4\.0 and Human Resources.
- Coordinate leadership priorities, ensuring alignment across initiatives, meetings, and follow\-up actions.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across teams to ensure effective communication and execution of key activities.
- Support leaders in preparing for key meetings, reviews, and organizational discussions.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for leadership councils, governance forums, and cross\-functional working groups.
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, materials, and follow\-up actions for council meetings.
- Track action items and ensure alignment and follow\-through across participating teams.
- Support preparation of updates, presentations, and materials for council discussions and decision\-making.
- Develop and format presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, councils, executive updates, and organizational communications.
- Translate information from multiple stakeholders into clear, well\-structured presentation materials.
- Support preparation of materials for leadership reviews, project updates, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure presentations and materials are organized, accurate, and aligned with leadership messaging.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for projects and initiatives across Industry 4\.0 and HR teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates to support visibility and follow\-through.
- Assist with coordinating stakeholders and ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
- Manage complex calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination for senior leaders.
- Coordinate agendas, materials, and logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, and cross\-functional sessions.
- Support expense management, budget coordination, and procurement activities as needed.
- Assist with planning and logistics for leadership offsites, team workshops, and key organizational meetings.
- Coordinate onboarding support for new leaders and team members within the function.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience.
- Prior project management experience.
- Prior administrative and operations experience.
- Prior experience supporting multiple executives within a fast paced, complex environment.
- Experience in MS Suite, specifically Powerpoint and Excel, to include robust powerpoint development

This is an Hybrid role in Charlotte, NC

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD \- 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
