Work Schedule: Full Time, 72\.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Weekend Days

Pay: $44\.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend

LOCAL Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles

13 week assignments available \- extension options

Hybrid Endovascular experience and open vascular surgery experience Shift times 0630\-1900 Friday Saturday Sunday

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED or Military Trained
• State Surgical Assistant or Surgical Technologist registration
• 1 year experience

BLS \- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in\-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Summary:

• Facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.
• Responsibilities:
• Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment and supplies.
• Ensures good working order of equipment and instruments. Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients.
• Passes instruments to physician during surgery. Continually accounts for number and location of instruments and supplies during surgery.
• Receives and processes specimens for delivery to the laboratory.
