Salary, Schedule, and Benefits

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day\-to\-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management
  • Monitor system performance and report technical issues
  • Support installation, configuration, and updates of software and systems
  • Maintain documentation of IT issues, fixes, and system changes
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure and improvement projects
  • Ensure data security practices are followed across systems
  • Skills

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Windows and/or macOS support
  • Network basics (LAN, Wi\-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
  • Help desk or technical support experience
  • Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
  • Cybersecurity awareness and best practices
  • Active Directory and user management
  • Cloud basics (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 1\+ years of IT support or technical troubleshooting experience (entry\-level welcome)
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A\+ (a plus but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem\-solving mindset and attention to detail
