Job Summary
Snell Tree Experts is seeking a detail\-oriented, highly organized, and motivated Office Manager to serve as the organizational anchor of our company. This role oversees daily administrative operations and ensures the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a productive workplace atmosphere. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating schedules, maintaining efficient workflows, supporting staff, managing office systems, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is also responsible for assisting in marketing campaigns.
After 3 months of in\-person office work from 8am to 4pm, the position will switch to hybrid work, with in\-person office hours from 8am to 10am and remote work from 10am to 4pm. Workdays are Monday \- Friday.
New hire will be expected to start on Thursday, June 25th.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, assisting clients, and ensuring a positive experience.
Manage client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely reminders.
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling for the crew, correspondence, and maintaining records.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documents.
Manage employee participation in benefit plans.
Coordinate and track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Process bi\-weekly payroll, invoices, and client payments, including making bank deposits.
Utilize computer skills to handle data entry, maintain databases.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist in developing compelling and effective brand messages for various marketing materials, including advertisements, website content, and social media posts.

Qualifications
Proven office management experience with a strong background in administrative support roles.
Detail\-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive), and data entry skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for running company errands and visiting properties.
Benefits
After 3 months of full\-time employment, this position will be eligible for healthcare benefits and participation in our SIMPLE IRA program. After 1 year of full\-time employment, this position will receive PTO and holiday pay.
Pay: $20\.00 \- $26\.00 per hour
