The Customer \& Sales Support Assistant is essential to our home services and fuel delivery business, enhancing sales team productivity through efficient coordination and strong communication with customers and internal teams. This role directly supports sales growth and customer satisfaction, contributing to the Company's success.
$17\.00\-$21\.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding day\-to\-day phone and web inquiries.
- Responds to questions about products, pricing, and order status.
- Assist customers professionally, with concerns or questions related to delivery or services provided.
- Provide administrative support to sales reps.
- Prepare customer contracts and documentation as needed.
- Help schedule meetings, service appointments, or site visits between customers and sales reps.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Cargas.
- Generate sales reports to track key performance metrics.
- Ensure all customer account information and documentation are current and complete.
- Track customer onboarding pipeline to ensure timely follow\-ups
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure on\-time and accurate deliveries.
- Run and create reports to identify incorrectly set\-up accounts.
- Assist with new account setup, including credit checks and contract tracking.
- Spot potential upselling or cross\-selling opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, credit, delivery, and customer service.
- Ensure service agreements, promotions, or pricing changes are correctly communicated and implemented.
- Facilitate the internal hand\-off of customer accounts when needed.
- Work with the Sales team to ensure proper training and utilization of the CRM platforms.
- Support data reports for the distribution to proper recipients, ensuring accuracy.
- Support the execution of new customer marketing campaigns, ensuring the team is informed about current and upcoming initiatives.
- High School Diploma and 3 years’ equivalent work experience
- Customer Service or Sales related experience required
- Proficient in computer technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong data entry, data analysis and problem\-solving skills
- Detail oriented, self\-starter, positive mindset, ability to multitask, ability to prioritize tasks or projects.
- Must have reliable transportation to be able to work from Westminster offices.
