JUNIOR SALES MANAGER
Location: Los Angeles, CA 5 days in office to start
Reports to: Sales Director

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Junior Sales Manager to support our showroom team with data entry, order processing, and backend sales operations. There will be opportunity for creative work as well, as we would love for this position to also assist with content as needed!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves working with systems, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Entry \& Tracking
- Accurately input purchase orders into internal systems.
- Track and update order status and shipping timelines.
- Assist with confirming inventory availability and communicating updates to the team and retailers.
- Data Management
- Maintain up\-to\-date retailer records in CRM platforms and spreadsheets.
- Upload and manage product catalogs, line sheets, and pricing documents.
- Support with weekly sales reports and performance tracking.
- Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing order forms, recaps, and follow\-up materials after showroom appointments.
- Help organize and file digital brand assets and sales tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom sample inventory.
- Cross\-Team Communication
- Liaise with internal sales and operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution of deliverables.
- Help monitor showroom and sample requests and coordinate timely fulfillment.
- 1\+ years experience in a data entry, administrative, or sales support role (internships welcome).
- High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and digital organization tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Interest in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus!
- Exposure to luxury and indie beauty brands in a fast\-growing, high\-touch sales environment.
- Hands\-on experience in sales operations and wholesale support.
