Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Remote Virtual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company and clients. In this fully remote role, you will handle incoming communications, manage schedules, and provide excellent administrative support in a virtual environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others and thrives working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to emails, chat inquiries, and voicemail messages in a timely manner
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Greet and assist clients and visitors virtually with a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and appointments
- Perform data entry and update customer/client information in CRM systems
- Handle general administrative tasks and support various departments
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all company communication protocols
- Must be located in the United States (U.S. citizens or legally authorized to work in the U.S)
- 6\+ months of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional verbal communication
- Strong written communication skills (email and chat)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 50\+ WPM with high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote setting
- Reliable high\-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent required
