We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with Real Estate experiance to support our real estate \& property management team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to telephone duties, processing work orders, scheduling repairs, preparing contracts, filing and providing reports, ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials, running local errands, data entry, posting to social media accounts.

To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, you should be highly organized and socially confident. Should be able to keep the office running smoothly and enable the Broker \& team to perform efficiently.

(This is NOT a remote position)

Responsibilities:

· Answering the phone and making follow\-up calls

· Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings \& maintenance work orders

· Preparing real estate forms and documents

· Coordinating showings, assisting agents, and obtaining feedback

· Ordering supplies and performing light cleaning duties

· Preparing and distributing marketing materials

· Managing all social media platforms.

· Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems

· Managing a client database and preparing reports

· Assisting with real estate closing processes

· Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

· At least 3 years’ experience in administrative assistant support, office management, real estate or property management industry required

· Real Estate license (active or inactive) is beneficial

· Customer service experience

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written

· Highly organized and have strong note taking abilities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.

· Experience in using Buildium or AppFolio software is beneficial

· Exceptional computer skills and research ability

· Experience using Canva or similar software is beneficial

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Critical thinking and problem\-solving skills

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work several projects simultaneously

· Outgoing and optimistic personality

Pay: $18\.00 \- $21\.00 per hour
