We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations within our dynamic office environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for teams and committees , ensuring optimal time management.
  • Handle calls ​with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, data entry records, and document management processes to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Support general office operations.
  • Must be able ​to research ​requested new projects and have ​them move forward to completion
  • * Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and manage invoices.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, visitors, and internal teams with professionalism and courtesy.
  • If necessary,​Coordinate travel arrangements, calendar management for executives, and personal assistant responsibilities as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties including typing documents swiftly, proofreading for accuracy, and maintaining organized records.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role within an office setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—bilingual abilities are a plus—and professional phone etiquette.
  • Experience with office management tasks such as filing systems, bookkeeping
  • Previous clerical experience including proofreading documents, handling customer support inquiries, and managing schedules effectively.
