    YOUR ROLE

    As our Back Office Administrative Coordinator, you play a vital role in keeping our business on track. Every day, you are busy with various tasks, from following up with contacts to ensure payments and tracking insurance payments to updating, auditing, and reconciling patient accounts. You perform data entry, track care plans, and collaborate with outsourced billing companies. You manage electronic records, scan paperwork, and maintain a clean workspace. Your friendly interactions with everyone you meet ensure a positive patient experience. At Max Health, you are the backbone that keeps our healthcare operations running smoothly!

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced proficiency with computers and certain software (Google Docs, Microsoft Office)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant

Having 2\+ years of medical billing experience is preferred but not required!

HOURS:

Work a consistent 4\-day week\-Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM\-with a refreshing 90\-minute lunch break and the option to pick up more hours if you'd like.
