Transaction Coordinator \+ Real Estate Admin (Part\-Time \| Flexible \| Hybrid Remote)

We’re an established, fast\-moving real estate team with an 18\+ year reputation for excellent client service, and we’re looking for a part\-time Transaction Coordinator \+ Admin Assistant to help support our growing business.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the operational side of real estate, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating a smooth experience for both clients and agents.
Position Details
- Part\-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
- Mostly a remote work environment
- Occasional in\-person responsibilities/meetings required throughout the month
- Opportunity to grow within a supportive and established real estate team
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
- Manage timelines, documents, deadlines, and communication
- Support agents with administrative tasks and organization
- Assist with scheduling, follow\-ups, and client communication
- Help maintain systems, files, and transaction records
- Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the process
- Provide occasional in\-person support throughout the month as needed
- Real estate transaction coordination and/or admin experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow\-through
- Ability to work independently and stay proactive in a remote environment
- Tech\-comfortable and quick to learn systems and processes
- Positive, dependable, and team\-oriented
- Someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and keeping things on track
Compensation:
$23 \- $27 hourly
