Position Overview
The Executive Assistant to the President provides high\-level administrative, operational, and data management support to the President of Two Bridges Neighborhood Council. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient functioning of the President’s office, supporting organizational priorities across housing, community programming, and workforce development initiatives, including DREAMS YouthBuild.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail\-oriented, and skilled in managing data systems and reporting in a fast\-paced nonprofit environment.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Support
· Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, events, and travel.
· Prepare and organize briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
· Draft and edit emails, letters, proposals, and memos on behalf of the President.
· Serve as a gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Operations \& Coordination
· Coordinate cross\-departmental communication between senior staff, program teams, and external partners.
· Track key organizational priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
· Assist in preparation for board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
· Support logistics for major events (e.g., Spring Gala, community events, fundraisers).
Data Management \& Reporting
· Maintain and manage organizational data systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and tracking tools.
· Develop and update dashboards to track program performance, participation, and outcomes (e.g., DREAMS YouthBuild metrics).
· Compile, analyze, and present data for internal reports, board presentations, and funder reporting.
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across departments.
· Support grant compliance by tracking deliverables, outcomes, and reporting deadlines.
· Generate regular reports on program activities, finances (as needed), and operational performance.
· Assist in creating systems for data collection, intake, and evaluation across programs.
· Maintain confidential records in compliance with organizational and funder requirements.
Program \& Strategic Support
· Support initiatives across core program areas including housing, senior services, youth development, and DREAMS YouthBuild.
· Assist with grant tracking, reporting requirements, and funder communications.
· Conduct research and compile data to support decision\-making and strategic planning.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Serve as a liaison between the President and board members, partners, elected officials, and community stakeholders.
· Maintain professional communication and relationships with external partners.
· Support preparation of partnership proposals, reports, and sponsorship materials.
Administrative Management
· Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical), ensuring compliance and accessibility.
· Monitor and track expenses, invoices, and reimbursements related to the President’s office.
· Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Qualifications: Education \& Experience
· Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a nonprofit or government setting.
Skills \& Competencies
· Strong data management and analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, databases).
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools (e.g., MailChimp).
· Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and data tracking systems.
· Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $70,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year
