OM Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our busy, growing team. This will be mostly a full time position, but flexible hours can be discussed.
Job will be at our main office (some days could be remote from home) which is located inside a working restaurant. Our Franchise owner and senior leadership team is looking for someone to assist our office team in everyday Administrative, HR and everyday operations as needed.
\*Responsibilities:
\-Answer customer complaints (by phone or email)
\-Assist with Payroll, and monthly bonuses, for 60\+ restaurants
\-Assist and manage future construction, development and remodel projects
\-Assist with New Hire paperwork for the restaurants
\-Assist with setting up interviews/meetings
\-be responsible for weekly paperwork from Restaurant/Area Managers
\-Organize appointments/calendars for the COO/VP of Operations /Director of Operations
\-Assist and coordinate with vendors/maintenance/repairs
\-Assist and report directly to the COO/VP of Operations and Director of Operations
\- Provide administrative support to Operations management as needed
\- Any other duties assigned by management
\-Perform clerical duties
\- Answer phones
\- Assist with A/P and A/R
\- File
\-Answer, compose emails
Qualified Candidates:
\- Demonstrate professional and strong work ethics
\- Punctual
\- Capable of multi\-tasking
\- Interact in a friendly, professional manner with Managers/Area Managers
\- Organized and detail\-oriented
\- Understand and follow work rules and procedures
\- Possess strong communication skills
\-basic accounting skills
\- Self\-starter with limited supervision
\-would like someone who can manage others, if needed for growth in the office side
\- Minimum 2\-3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
\- Some college preferred
\- Experience with emailing, outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to adapt to our restaurant back of house software programs
\- Professional appearance
\- Long term candidate preferred
\-knowledge of QSR restaurants preferred
