Job Summary: As a Hindi Language Expert, you'll apply your expertise to help train next\-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high\-quality, real\-world input. No prior experience in AI is required , your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record high\-quality audio samples in native Hindi to enrich AI\-driven language models.
• Accurately transcribe and annotate speech data, ensuring linguistic nuances and context are captured.
• Collaborate with the customer's team to provide feedback on the effectiveness of AI training workflows.
• Review, analyze, and refine existing speech datasets for improved language model accuracy.
• Collect and organize real\-world speech data from diverse contexts and speakers.
• Uphold rigorous standards for data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Communicate insights and progress clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native proficiency in Hindi, with exceptional command of spoken and written forms.
• Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and annotation.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to capture linguistic subtleties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with speech data collection processes.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines within structured AI workflows.
• Comfortable using digital tools for data entry, review, and communication.
