- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update student records and files in compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, events, and trainings.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and data entry.
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in person or over the phone.
- Provide information regarding courses, programs, schedules, and tuition.
- Assist with student enrollment, registration, and graduation processes.
- Maintain communication with students regarding any changes or updates in the school schedule or policies.
- Coordinate class schedules, teacher assignments, and student attendance.
- Help organize events, such as orientations, graduations, and student activities.
- Ensure proper classroom setups and materials are available for instructors and students.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and materials used in the cosmetology program (e.g., tools, products).
- Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure classes run smoothly.
- Assist in maintaining records for state and accrediting agency compliance.
- Help prepare documentation for audits or inspections.

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience in administrative support or office management, preferably in an educational or cosmetology setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time\-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff in a fast\-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cosmetology industry standards and practices.
- Familiarity with student information management software (e.g., QuickBooks, school\-specific software).
