FINANCE ASSISTANT
Reports to: VP Of Finance
Job Type: Part\-time or Full\-time (30\-40 hours)
Pay: Starting at $22/hr (increased with experience)

Position Overview:
In addition to processing Accounts Payable, this role supports a wide variety of office duties that include Client Service, Human Resources, and Clerical tasks. This position has room for growth, with the current responsibilities of:
- Purchase order \& Accounts Payable Data entry
- Verify PO’s for accuracy to billing, research discrepancies
- Work with Project Manager’s, Vendors, Subcontractors for billing questions
- ·Job Cost and committed cost reviews \& reports
- ·Copy invoices for client billing
- Reconcile client billing statements
- Lien waiver tracking
- Subcontractor insurance tracking
- ·Assist with AP Payment Process
- Assist with Onboarding
- Assist with Timecard record keeping for payroll company
- ·Support VP of Finance
- Assist with general day\-to\-day office operations (phones, visitors, packages, upkeep, etc.)
- Assist with upkeep of conference room, lobby, kitchen, restrooms, etc.
- Assist with company event planning \& coordination
- Assist with invoice printing, organizing, copying and filing
- Candidate must have a strong sense of accounting skills, with a minimum of 3 years experience working in Accounts Payable.
- Solid skills in creating and enforcing internal controls and procedures.
- Self\-motivated with a positive approach and ability to analyze data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow\-through.
- Excellent and professional communication (verbal, written, digital) skills with solid documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with team members, to provide financial support and assist in resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
