Starting Salary Range: The starting salary range for this position will be in the $92,100\-$94,863 range, depending on experience, education, and skills relevant to the position. Please note that the indicated starting salary range describes the range for an incumbent in this position. Most new staff generally start at the beginning of the range percentile to ensure internal salary equity.
Location: Fully Remote Eligible within the US. Preference given to those who are near a Conservation Legacy Office.
Status: Full\-Time, Regular, Exempt

Position Summary:
The Revenue Management Director oversees the compliance and administration of the grants/agreements, budget, and revenue related processes for Conservation Legacy’s programs
This position has a tactical focus, supporting and driving the completion of critical shared projects and workflows while providing support to shared and program staff. This position also oversees and supports workflows and processes that gather vital information to inform decision making, prioritization, and strategic guidance from Senior Leadership.

Outcomes \& Functions of Position:
Program Grants, Agreements, and Revenue Management Oversite
- Ensure grants and agreements are in compliance through a review process and are managed efficiently and effectively from execution through to payment.
- Remain up\-to\-date and knowledgeable about all relevant federal and other government statutes applied to agreements and grants and their proper management.
- Manage Revenue Management Team, ensuring standardization of operations, sharing of best practices, and capacity support across the organization.
- Support organization wide federal grants and agreements proposal development process.
- Support program staff to develop cost tracking and reimbursement procedures and train/monitor program assistants and program coordinators to ensure agreement compliance, correct invoicing, and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, data integrity, processes and other requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to track cash matching requirements and remain a knowledgeable resource around requirements.
- Support program staff in agreement close\-out paperwork and requirements.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with subrecipients, including subrecipient agreement generation, receipt of required documents and FFATA reporting with Finance Team.
- Ensure all agreements and modifications above specified threshold receive appropriate review by Revenue Management Team before signed.
- Escalate revenue management capacity, process, and compliance concerns to the SVPF.
- Work closely with all programs and departments in the creation and maintenance of their annual budget, providing training and technical assistance as needed.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of program financial information into the working budget.
- Support the management of the Shared budget by working closely with budget department leads and Senior Leadership.
- Assist SVPF in budget development and reforecast processes, creating timelines and driving completion.
- Manage budget reforecast requests and major revisions processes to approved budget with input from Finance Team and Senior Leadership.
- Ensure accuracy of information, analysis of trends and advise Finance Team and Senior Leadership of findings, gaps and/or concerns.
- Successfully engages, leads and supports a positive work environment for all within the organization and the communities we serve.
- Leads and/or participates in organizational\-wide teams, projects and initiatives that support the work of the Strategic Plans goals.
- Reports any potential complaints within the organization as identified in the Personnel Policy Manual.
- Assists or leads other responsibilities, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and/or business/nonprofit management plus six years of experience in business administration \& finance management, OR eight years of directly related professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience with federal grants and agreement management.
- Five or more years organizational budget development, management, and analysis experience.
- Five or more years compliance management experience.
- Five or more years of full\-time employee supervisory experience.
- Advanced or expert level MS Excel Proficiency.
- Five or more years of experience using financial management software.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs and applications, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in an array of business systems and software, databases, other technology.
- Ability to communicate effectively staff at all levels in an organization, including with executive leadership, and to understand and address administrative needs as they arise.
- Ability to keep others and oneself, in remote locations, accountable to expectations.
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record per Personnel Policies.
- Must be able to pass the organization’s criminal history check requirements.
- Ability to successfully work in a fluid, changing work environment.
- Previous experience with a Corps or youth serving organization.
- Prior AmeriCorps grants compliance management experience.
Collaborate with program staff to create cost worksheets, financial plans, 424’s and other required agreement financial paperwork.
