- Upload contracts to a contract management system (CMS)
- Identify and extract key provisions from contract and record them in CMS.
- Support litigation activities including :
- Assist with various administrative department tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Provide legal research and additional support to internal clients and legal team as needed.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and remote meeting software.
- Currently pursuing a degree as a Senior in College or any year in law school.
- Open to all majors with a preference for the following: Political Science, English, Business Administration, Economics, History, Philosophy.
- Basic knowledge of contracts or experience working with contracts.
- Self\-starter with strong organizational and computer skills
- Prior internship experience in a professional environment
- Positive and professional attitude, including dependability, timeliness, and good judgment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and contract management systems is a plus.
- Access to reliable internet
- Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
+ Maintain internal subpoena tracker.
+ Review and manage legal department emails, flagging important communications and escalating to legal team members when necessary.
+ Identify subpoenas and third\-party requests and evaluate validity of requests.
+ Utilize risk database (Riskonnect) to access information and documents responsive to subpoenas and requests.
+ Interact with company branch locations and Payroll Department personnel to coordinate information collection and request responses.
+ Review documentation, identify and redact confidential and private information and prepare responses to requests.
