Job Title: Real Estate Administrative \& Marketing Assistant

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated, detail\-oriented Administrative \& Marketing Assistant to support a fast\-paced real estate office. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and quick to learn who can keep transactions, marketing, and daily operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with agents and clients, helping manage listings, coordinate deals, and support lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update MLS listings, including input, edits, and status changes
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain CRM (contacts, leads, follow\-ups)
  • Assist with transaction coordination (contracts, deadlines, compliance paperwork)
  • Schedule showings, inspections, closings, and client appointments
  • Support marketing efforts (listing marketing, social media posts, email campaigns, flyers)
  • Organize digital and physical files for transactions and listings
  • Respond to client inquiries and maintain professional communication
  • Track deadlines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated self\-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple transactions at once
  • Fast learner comfortable with new systems and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech\-savvy with proficiency in data entry and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior real estate experience (MLS, transactions, listings) is a strong plus
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, BoomTown)
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and transaction timelines
  • Experience with social media marketing or listing promotion
