### Pay \& Schedule

• Starting at
$18\.00\+/hour (based on experience)
• Full\-time, Monday–Friday

* No weekends

• Multiple shifts available (day, mid, evening)
• Hybrid schedule: onsite training, then a mix of in\-office (Tues/Thurs) and remote work

### What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
• Assist with orders, product questions, and issue resolution
• Process transactions and update customer information
• Deliver fast, accurate, and professional support
• Meet performance goals for quality and productivity

### What We’re Looking For

• 1\+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
• Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment
• Comfortable with computers, systems, and data entry
• Reliable, detail\-oriented, and customer\-focused
• Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction\-free workspace when working remotely
