Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting job openings across various platforms and tracking applicant responses
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and prepare interview materials
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant data using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and scheduling orientation sessions
  • Manage incoming calls via multi\-line phone systems, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies
  • Qualifications

  • Spanish language speaking
  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse candidate pools
  • Experience with front desk operations, multi\-line phone systems, and calendar management
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professionalism in all interactions
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous personal assistant or office experience is advantageous
