Overview
AdvantEdge Drywall is excepting resumes to fill the Project Coordinator Position. AdvantEdge Drywall is a specialty metal stud, drywall, and acoustical ceiling subcontractor based in Colorado Springs. The Project Coordinator Position is a full\-time position and will require 40 hours a week. Pay is hourly and will be paid weekly. A pre\-employment background check and drug test will be administered. Employees are eligible for benefits which includes three weeks paid vacation, seven paid holidays, and health insurance. General Construction knowledge is beneficial. Bilingual is a plus. Project Coordinator Position will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Job Setup
- Invoice/Receiver Processing
- Pay Applications
- Project Closeout
- Deposits
- Vendor Set\-up
- Warehouse Consumables and Safety Ordering
- Employee Tools \& Vouchers
- Receive Phone Calls on main phone line
- Assistant to Personnel Coordinator
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 (Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer support best practices for professional interactions
- Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in administrative roles such as receptionist or personal assistant is highly desirable
