We are currently recruiting an entry\-level, full\-time Administrative Assistant for our Elgin, Illinois office. Job Duties include:
- Heavy data entry
- Management of office supplies
- Assist in total customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to coordinators
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Must have the ability to multi\-task in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ensure that oral and written communication is clear, concise, and timely
- Highly proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other Windows\-based programs
- Basic but solid math skills
- Knowledge of office equipment including, printer, copier, and scanner
- Must be able to pass a background check
