Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking detailed messages as needed.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, appointment scheduling, or service requests via phone or in person.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and organizing files to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Provide bilingual support when necessary to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Proven experience in customer service, office management, or administrative roles; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques.
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and clerical procedures such as filing and proofreading.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous but not required.
