Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff
  • Manage and effectively dispatch fleet of trucks
  • Maintain strong line of communication with drivers, managers, and transfer stations
  • Process payroll
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Prepare reports and internal documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate office supplies
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
