- Provide day\-to\-day administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientations
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and communicating with candidates
- Help administer HR programs such as benefits enrollment, training, and performance review cycles
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Serves as payroll processor back up. Run bi\-weekly payroll as needed in HRIS system of record (currently Paycom).
- Support clients remotely primarily via Teams and be camera ready for all interactions.
- Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare meeting presentations, agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility\-related needs.
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, and team activities.
- High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
- 3\+ years of previous related experience supporting a fast\-paced HR department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Paycom strongly preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Elevated written and oral communication skills.
- Detail oriented and keen attention to accuracy. Ability to analyze and be solution oriented. Must be self\-driven and take initiative. Creativity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must have reliable internet connectivity.

- This position is 70% remote and 30% onsite. Our current primary office location is in Irving, TX.

Position Summary
The HR \& Office Administrative Assistant serves as a key support role within the organization, acting as the administrative backbone of the Human Resources department while also providing high\-level office support to the senior leadership team. This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling both HR\-related responsibilities and general administrative duties with professionalism and efficiency.

Work will be done primarily seated. Ability to walk around and move items up to 15 pounds as required when in the office. This role requires long periods of viewing a computer screen, working on a keyboard, and talking to various individuals.
