The Opportunity

Growth creates opportunity. We're seeking a relationship\-driven Account Manager to fully own a portfolio of landscaping clients and serve as their trusted advisor. This is a strategic, client\-facing role where you will anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive both retention and growth.

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Solve issues quickly to ensure long\-term satisfaction
  • Partner cross\-functionally with account admins, market managers, and vendors
  • Oversee work orders and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain contract, pricing, and client data accuracy
  • Support billing integrity and vendor coordination
  • Lead renewals, upsells, and expansion discussions
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews when requested
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities within client landscapes
  • This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Client Success.

  • What We're Looking For

  • 3\+ years of Account Management experience
  • Landscaping or green industry knowledge preferred
  • Strong client\-facing and contract management experience
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of retention and growth
  • Excellent organization, follow\-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while leading cross\-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong general technology aptitude
  • AI\-friendly mindset and comfort adopting new tools
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
