Job Title: Community Engagement Military Intern (Offseason)

SUMMARY

We are seeking SkillBridge / transitioning military eligible candidates to join our Community Engagement team.

The Community Engagement Military Intern will be responsible for assisting the Community Engagement department in planning and executing various programs and events that support our Community Engagement six areas of focus – Youth Empowerment, Future of Football, Military Community, Social Justice, Players \& Legends and Community Response. The focus of this internship will be supporting our Military, Veteran and Salute to Service engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support engagement with various Military communities in the Pacific Northwest, including base leadership, service members, families and the Veteran community, through programs and events that celebrate, encourage and support individuals and organizations in these communities
  • Support as a liaison with Military and Veteran organizations, proactively communicating to key command of Military installations in the Pacific Northwest with the goal of building and maintaining relationships
  • Support and present gameday Military elements, presentations and flyovers, including Salute to Service gameday activations working closely with the Game Entertainment department
  • Coordinate all logistics and planning for Military events including event layout, timeline, vendors, marketing and communication plan. Events include but are not limited to Military Training Camp Day, Salute to Service events, Military family events and first responder engagement
  • Support as a liaison between Corporate Partnerships and representatives at Northwest Military bases and other local Military contacts to activate sponsor Military programs
  • Support Salute to Service efforts
  • Promotional material support
  • Support tracking, fulfillment and shipping of charitable donations
  • Support responding to community customer service emails and requests in a timely manner
  • Event, donation and appearance data entry and tracking in CRM
  • Support project management in Wrike system
  • Support other Community programs and events and handle special requests and projects, as assigned

  • Be able to work 30 hours per week as well as some weekends and various events throughout the internship
