Part time Administrative Assistant MSC Doors \& Windows
- Acting as a first point of contact for colleagues, clients and visitors for a small privately owned construction company
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails and directing inquiries to the right person
- Organizing filing systems and updating digital or paper records
- Scheduling meetings, managing diaries and field notes and coordinating team calendars
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
- Processing invoices, receipts and basic expense records
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring equipment is stocked and maintained
- Assisting with basic HR or onboarding tasks, such as preparing paperwork or maintaining staff records
- Flexible schedule
Applicants must possess the following:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office Suite
· Proficient in QuickBooks
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to work effectively from home and MSC office in Ormond Beach as needed
Applicant will work an average of 20 hours per week preferred schedule Mon\-Fri 8AM\-12PM
Experience in construction and condo management environment a plus
Position pays $20 \- $25 per hour based on experience
