Job Summary: Assist the IMPACT ETX director and specialists with clerical work/support and administrative and business details by organizing/maintaining file system, answering/screening phone calls, coordinating schedules and communicating with districts.
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
High School Diploma / GED
Prefer college hours or Associates Degree
Experience:
At least 3 years of related experience.
Knowledge / Skills:
Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate teams
Strong results\-driven approach to task execution and project completion
Skilled in cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong financial understanding, including strategic budget planning, forecasting, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting to support data\-driven decisions
Adaptable and willing to assist in any operational, administrative, or special project needs as they arise
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Must be able to maintain emotional control under stress
Work with frequent interruptions during scheduled work
Cooperate with staff members and outside customers
Ability to multi\-task
Occasional travel and irregular hours
Majority of working conditions will be indoors

- Process purchase requisitions, orders, and vendor invoices
- Obtain quotes, and complete documents required
- Maintain purchasing records in compliance with organizational policies
- Coordinate with maintenance staff or vendors for repairs and upkeep
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel if needed
- Support leadership and cross\-functional teams with special projects
- Assist with budget preparation, data entry, and expense forecasting
- Monitor departmental spending and track budget allocations
