- Deliver psychotherapy to aging adults in skilled nursing/long\-term care facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guide patient\-centered care
- Perform clinical assessments and provide evidence\-based therapeutic interventions
- Be a trusted advocate for improving emotional health and daily quality of life
- Candidates must hold an active, independent Tennessee license authorizing independent clinical practice and billing (LPC\-MHSP, LMFT, or LMHC); associate, provisional, or supervised licenses are not eligible due to independent billing requirements in post\-acute care
