Job Overview
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized person to assist in daily office activities including but not limited to answering phones, data entry, customer service and AR/AP duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is up\-to\-date and readily accessible. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
Duties
- Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets with precision.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy retrieval.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including clerical duties related to data management including AR and AP
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
- Familiarity with databases and office software applications, including Excel.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
