As a Sales Assistant, I support my managers in driving sales performance and enhancing the customer experience. I work daily with the entire team to ensure smooth store operations and create a welcoming environment that reflects our brand values.
In this role, the Sales Assistant upholds our brand values at all times, contributing to a positive and high\-performing culture through a professional, proactive and supportive approach. Beyond the day\-to\-day responsibilities of retail operations, this role actively contributes to enhancing the reputation and overall excellence of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service in line with Eden Rock standards by warmly welcoming guests, proactively offering assistance, responding confidently to enquiries, and ensuring a seamless and thoughtful point\-of\-sale experience, including gift wrapping and packaging.
- Enhance the client experience by proactively informing guests of in\-store events, exclusive launches and collaborations, deepening engagement with the Eden Rock Boutique.
- Increase new client acquisition by leveraging personalised client outreach, referrals and networking.
- Support the sales team throughout the full selling journey, including merchandising, replenishment, stock retrieval and maintaining an organised stockroom.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as required, contributing flexibly to the overall success of the boutique.
- Minimum of 1 years’ retail management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and open\-minded, with the ability to embrace an evolving brand culture and grow with the business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge and genuine interest in fashion and luxury retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 15\-20 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
