- Greet students, families, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
- Provide general clerical support including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with distributing mail, messages, and school correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
- Support student check\-in/check\-out procedures.
- Assist with daily attendance tracking and verification.
- Enter attendance data into the student information system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contact families regarding student absences, tardies, and attendance concerns.
- Prepare attendance reports for administrators, counselors, and staff as requested.
- Maintain attendance documentation, excuse notes, and related records.
- Support compliance with district, state, and school attendance requirements.
- Assist with enrollment, records requests, and student cumulative files.
- Support scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Help prepare materials for school events, meetings, and parent communications.
- Provide additional office support as assigned by administration.

- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous school office, clerical, or attendance experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and student information systems; experience with Synergy preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of attendance laws, policies, and reporting procedures.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
