Overview

This person should be reliable and organized to oversee our administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, managing schedules, and supporting a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong office management skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude to keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Duties

  • Manage daily office functions including scheduling, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate supplies to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently.
  • Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding, training, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll with accountant.
  • Manage accounting entries using QuickBooks.
  • Support event planning for special occasions or promotional activities at the restaurant.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial record keeping to support management decisions.
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, scheduling software, and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Supervising experience and team management skills are highly valued.
  • Knowledge of human resources procedures, payroll processing, and vendor management.
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and document preparation efficiently.
  • * Spanish speaking is a plus

    Pay: From $30\.00 per hour
