We are looking for someone who does not just know how to run ads, but knows how to scale campaigns, build systems, lead a team, and produce measurable results for clients. This is a leadership role for a serious operator with a proven track record.
Role Overview
This position will be responsible for leading our Meta Ads department, overseeing campaign strategy, performance, optimization, creative direction, tracking, reporting, and overall client results. You will play a major role in helping our clients grow while helping Rare Blue Moon Marketing continue to scale as a premier agency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Meta Ads department and own overall performance
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Develop scaling strategies for lead generation, e\-commerce, and brand growth campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and make data\-driven decisions to improve ROI
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and leadership teams to improve results
- Help develop systems, processes, and best practices for the department
- Guide account managers, media buyers, and support staff where needed
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across campaigns
- Clearly communicate performance insights, opportunities, and strategy to leadership and clients
- Minimum 5 years of hands\-on Meta Ads experience
- Must have a proven track record of helping companies scale through Meta advertising
- Must be able to show real proof of performance and success
- Deep understanding of campaign structure, testing, optimization, retargeting, funnels, and scaling
- Strong knowledge of tracking, pixels, conversion events, landing pages, and performance metrics
- Leadership ability and confidence managing a department
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
- Agency experience is strongly preferred
