- Support bookkeeping tasks using Super Dispatch or similar software.
- Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and organization of files and documents.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication.
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with general office procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced setting.
- Typing skills along with good computer literacy to handle data entry and document management accurately.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills combined with professionalism and organizational aptitude
