We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and administrative support
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
  • Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains efficient and welcoming
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and facilities
  • Support personal assistant duties for executives or team leaders as needed
  • Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software for basic financial record\-keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience with front desk operations, multi\-line phone systems, and customer support roles such as medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and calendar management techniques
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy in all tasks
  • Personal assistant experience or medical/dental receptionist background is advantageous but not required
