Responsibilities:

\- Provide organizational and administrative support to the front office, principal, and founders.

\- Assist principal, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence

\- Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

\- Assist with proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and clarity

\- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

\- Proficient in using Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and organization

\- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

\- Coordinate and assist in planning school events and meetings

\- Train in classrooms and serve as a substitute teacher as needed.

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)

\-Bilingual (Preferred)

\- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

\- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

\- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

\- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

\- Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently
