Wraparound Facilitator
Location: Colorado (Colorado Springs or Denver preferred)
Work Structure: \~80–90% Remote \| \~10–20% In\-Home \& Community
Compensation: $40/hour (billable \+ non\-billable)
About the Role
- This is a relationship\-driven role working directly with youth and families navigating complex challenges—emotional, behavioral, and system\-related.
- This is not task\-based work or a traditional case management role.
- You’ll be building real relationships with families over time, helping them create a team around them, and following through on what actually moves things forward.

- Facilitate wraparound team meetings (including family, providers, \& supports)
- Implement the four phases of the wraparound model
- Help families define goals and build practical, working plans
- Navigate systems (schools, services, community supports)
- Maintain consistent communication across all team members
- Support families during difficult or high\-stress situations
- Track progress and complete documentation
- Research further services for youth to access
- Meet families in homes or community settings when appropriate
- First 3–5 weeks: onboarding \+ initial families (20 \- 30 hours/week)
- Around week 5: building into a full workload (\~40 hours/week)
- Early: 3–5 families (more time\-intensive at the start)
- Long\-term: \~12–15 families as things stabilize
- Self\-managed and flexible
- Some evening availability is encouraged per family need
- Requires strong organization and follow\-through
- Majority of work is from home
- You must have: reliable internet, a consistently private and professional workspace, \& your own computer \+ phone (all accounts, logins, and a Google Voice will be provided)
- Approximately 10–20% of the role is in\-person
- Includes home visits and community\-based meetings
- Frequency depends on family needs
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not a W\-2 employee role.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits
- You manage your own schedule and workload with mutually agreed\-upon expectations of commitment
- This is not short\-term contract work.
- We are building a team of facilitators who want to be here long term and grow with the organization.
- There are no absolute guarantees of hours or income
- Work volume depends on caseload and engagement per facilitator
- Case referrals and admin work are completed on your behalf
- This role offers flexibility—but it requires accountability.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (social work, psychology, human services, etc.)
