Office/Operations Admin
Intro: Looking for motivated, detail oriented office and operations admin support.
Skills (Must): MS Office / Writing skills / Phone \& Customer Service
Skills (Bonus): Bookkeeping / Web design / Social Media Management / AI / HOA accounting or management experience / Property Management
Job Description:
· Office Organization \& File Maintenance (paper \& Digital)
· Incoming/Outgoing mail – sort and distribute (electronically)
· Process Payments/Deposits (all done electronically in office)
· Track Accounts Receivable – prep delinquency letters
· Manage Maintenance Work Orders (AppFolio)
· Field incoming requests from clients
· Generate \& Mail Accounts Receivable Docs
· Keep homeowner contact information updated in software (AppFolio)
· Process \& Distribute Materials to Boards \& Owners
· Meeting prep: create and mail meeting materials
· Maintain calendars
15\-25 Hours/week – flexible but regular schedule (will work with you to set days/times, but needs to be consistent) Work from home possible after 3\-6 months
Compensation based on experience
3 References required
At least 1 year of administrative, customer service (phone/email) and/or reception experience required.
Pay: $24\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
