Job Title: Office Administrator – Construction Company

Location: Cranberry Township, PA (In\-Office Preferred)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible start time)

Employment Type: Full\-Time

Position Overview

This role is the operational backbone of our day\-to\-day business. You will be responsible for keeping our jobs, team, and systems running smoothly.

This is an entry\-level role with significant growth opportunity, but it requires someone who is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Once fully trained, this position is designed to be highly efficient and structured—we are looking for someone who can learn quickly, stay focused, and execute consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approve employee timecards and input payroll hours (processing handled by accounting)
  • Schedule and coordinate daily jobs for handymen and field staff
  • Communicate with field staff throughout the day to keep jobs on track
  • Track receipts and expenses for materials and supplies
  • Order materials, tools, and office inventory as needed
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Assist in writing estimates (training provided; basic math skills required)
  • Maintain organization of job records and documentation
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, phone calls, scanning, filing)
  • Assist with light marketing tasks and client outreach
  • Support lead generation efforts and maintain client relationships
