Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
(9 hours per week – must be consistent)
About the Role:
We are looking for a part\-time assistant to help manage customer communication, bookings, and social media for our businesses.
This includes:
- Moving services
- Event space (Vibez Studio)
- Party rentals
- Respond to messages (text, Facebook, etc.)
- Answer basic questions
- Send quotes using our pricing
- Help customers book services
- Reach out to people who haven’t booked yet
- Follow up with past leadsExample: “Hey, just checking in—did you still need help with your move?”
- Post on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Repost content if needed
- Reply to comments and messages
- Message people who engage with posts
- Help track bookings
- Confirm appointments
- Keep customer info organized
- Stay on top of messages
