About the Role
PureClean Commercial Pros is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable professional to support office operations, hiring coordination, sales support, and client communication for our growing commercial cleaning business in Jacksonville.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to keep a service business organized while also supporting business growth. The right candidate will be comfortable handling administrative responsibilities, helping coordinate hiring and onboarding, supporting client follow\-up, and assisting with sales and account development activity.
Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative coordination
- Assist with hiring activities, including applicant follow\-up, interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork, and file management
- Help maintain employee records, compliance documents, and internal reporting
- Coordinate communication between office staff, field teams, applicants, prospects, and clients
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages professionally
- Support scheduling, service coordination, and operational follow\-up
- Assist with prospect and client follow\-up by phone, email, and CRM updates
- Help schedule meetings, site visits, walkthroughs, and introductory calls
- Support proposals, account setup, and client onboarding coordination
- Maintain organized records, notes, and pipeline updates in CRM or internal systems
- Assist leadership with operational, hiring, and client support tasks as needed
- Experience in office administration, operations support, recruiting support, client support, account coordination, or sales support
- Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, staffing, facility services, or other service\-based businesses strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow\-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and detail\-oriented
- Comfortable working with documents, schedules, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and office software
- Strong customer service and relationship\-building ability
- Reliable transportation required
- Experienced in supporting both office operations and client\-facing coordination
- Able to stay organized and follow through without constant supervision
- Professional in communication and presentation
- Comfortable supporting hiring, operations, and sales\-related administrative tasks
