Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Pompano Beach. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members while providing administrative support across multiple departments.

This position also offers an opportunity for someone with a creative edge to assist with social media and light marketing efforts, helping showcase our work and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the receptionist and first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and strong phone etiquette
  • Maintain front office organization and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Provide administrative support across departments including accounting, estimating, and HR
  • Assist with
  • Accounts Payable and data entry tasks

  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel reservations
  • Organize and support in\-house and virtual meetings
  • Assist with safety meetings and related documentation
  • Maintain filing systems and document management processes
  • Track and organize office documentation and records
  • Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
  • Experience in office administration, receptionist duties, or similar roles preferred
  • Experience with
  • QuickBooks is a plus

  • Familiarity with
  • Smartsheet is a plus
