We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in office management, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and office management duties.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as typing documents, filing, and data entry.
- Drive clients to appointment As needed.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication within the office and with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance productivity.
- In field visit as needed
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, liaison or in a similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist with diverse client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
