Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi\-line phone systems, email, and in\-person interactions.
  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools to maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence.
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, filing, proofreading, and document organization.
  • Assist with clerical duties like data entry, filing, proofreading documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements

  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus!
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Clerical experience such as filing, proofreading, or general office management is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles combined with a friendly demeanor and problem\-solving attitude.
  • Additional experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or as a personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
