\- Compensation

Licensed clinicians typically earn:

• $100,000 annually (25 weekly clients)
• $124,500 annually (32 weekly clients)

Higher earning potential available based on schedule flexibility.

This is a 1099 contractor role with strong structural and administrative support.

\- Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:

• Trauma \& PTSD (EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic modalities)
• Neurodivergent\-affirming care
• Child, adolescent, couples, or family therapy
• DBT, CBT, or other evidence\-based modalities
• LGBTQIA\+ affirming care

Specialty niches are welcome and supported.

\- Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
• Active NPI \& CAQH profile
• Personal malpractice insurance
• Comfortable with EHR systems
