Customer Success Representative

The Starting Lineup: Your Role

Just like a great point guard runs the offense, you'll be the engine behind our customer relationships. As a Customer Success Representative, you own the full customer journey — from initial store launch to long\-term account health. You keep the game plan on track, communicate like a team captain, and hustle to deliver wins for our enterprise customers.

This isn't a sit\-and\-wait position. You'll be proactive, strategic, and relentless about building trust. You're coaching customers through every season — and you play to win.

Game Film: What You'll Do

* Run the Launch Playbook: Execute SquadCLUB/SCHOOL program launches end\-to\-end — from uniform consultation and store setup to graphic design requests, product demos, and hands\-on customer support.

* Own Your Accounts: Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with proactive outreach, seasonal planning, and health monitoring. You'll know your accounts the way a coach knows their roster.

* Build Championship Relationships: Become the trusted go\-to for team admins and program leaders. Strong relationships \= long\-term retention. Simple as that.

* Support the Full Sales Drive: Manage bulk orders, product setup, and cross\-functional execution — keeping every play running smoothly from first contact to final delivery.

* Communicate at Game Speed: Respond to customer inquiries fast, accurately, and professionally across every channel. In a fast\-moving environment, your communication is your reputation.

* Scout Growth Opportunities: Identify upsell potential through regular account engagement. You see the field, spot the opening, and make the pass.

* Be the Voice of the Customer: Relay patterns, feedback, and insights into Product and Leadership teams so we keep improving. Great teams adjust at halftime.

* Maintain a Clean Scoreboard: Keep CRM records accurate and up\-to\-date for reporting, forecasting, and alignment across the team.

Qualifications: Your Stats

  • 2\+ years in sales support or customer service (preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail\-oriented with sharp time management and problem\-solving ability
  • Familiarity with the sports industry — you know the culture, the gear, and the grind
