Operations \& Growth Coordinator

We’re a fast\-growing media company working with real estate professionals and business owners across South Florida.
We’re looking for someone who can step in as our Operations \& Growth Coordinator, owning day\-to\-day operations, client communication, and overall workflow.
This is not a typical admin role. This is a high\-responsibility position that requires both strong organization and creative awareness. This is for someone who is proactive, detail\-oriented, and also has a strong understanding of social media, content, and branding.
What You’ll Do
- Manage client communication and scheduling
- Keep projects organized and moving from start to finish
- Oversee timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track
- Support content creation through scripting and creative input
- Assist with reviewing content and coordinating revisions
- Follow up with warm leads and support business growth
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve internal systems and workflows
- Take ownership of ensuring a smooth, high\-quality client experience from start to finish
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, responsive)
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
- Interest in social media, branding, and content
- Understanding of what performs well on social platforms
- Proactive mindset, someone who takes initiative
- Comfortable in a fast\-paced, growing environment
- Takes ownership and solves problems without needing constant direction
- Starting at $23/hour (training period)
- Performance\-based increases with a clear growth path

- Full\-time (approx. 40 hours/week)
- \~9AM–5PM (flexibility as needed)
