We’re a fast\-growing media company working with real estate professionals and business owners across South Florida.

We’re looking for someone who can step in as our Operations \& Growth Coordinator, owning day\-to\-day operations, client communication, and overall workflow.

This is not a typical admin role. This is a high\-responsibility position that requires both strong organization and creative awareness. This is for someone who is proactive, detail\-oriented, and also has a strong understanding of social media, content, and branding.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client communication and scheduling
  • Keep projects organized and moving from start to finish
  • Oversee timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track
  • Support content creation through scripting and creative input
  • Assist with reviewing content and coordinating revisions
  • Follow up with warm leads and support business growth
  • Identify inefficiencies and help improve internal systems and workflows
  • Take ownership of ensuring a smooth, high\-quality client experience from start to finish

  • Starting at $23/hour (training period)

  • Full\-time (approx. 40 hours/week)
  • \~9AM–5PM (flexibility as needed)
